Durian Pancakes
(6-7 Pancakes) * I use 26cm crepe pan for the crepe making

Mango &  Kiwi Pancakes
 
 
Crepes Preparation
(A)
2 large eggs
20 grams Icing Sugar
3 tbsp milk
 
(B)
40 grams sieved flour
100ml milk
1/3 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp oil
 
Steps:-
1. (A) Beat the eggs, add in icing sugar and 3tbsp milk and mix well, put aside.
2. (B) Mix well with sieved flour, 100ml milk, vanilla extract and oil
3. Mix well (A) + (B)
4. Sieved the mixture and use a large plastic wrap to wrap it, then put it into fridge for 30 minutes.
 
For fillings preparations
Durian flesh (u may replace with mangoes/ kiwi or any others fruits you like)
200 grams fresh cream
20 grams icing sugar
2 ½ tsp vanilla sugars (may replace with vanilla extract)
 
1. Beat the fresh cream until firm and fluffy and mix with icing sugar and vanilla sugars
2. Add in the durian flesh with the fresh cream
 
To Prepare the Durian Pancakes
1. Spoon the 1-2tbsp spoon durian fresh cream on the center of crepe
2. Fold into square shape
3. store into fridge

Enjoy the dessert!!
